Self support is possible for the following options:
1) Change options for your mail-account; like password, spam filtering, virusscan, POP3 box on/of, autoanswer etc.
Howto: log in on http://admin.digizaal.nl
use your mail address and corresponding password to log in.
Note: If you have any problems connecting to Plesk check your connection to port 443 or port 8443. Typically connection issues are related to these ports being blocked by a firewall or a provider.
2) Change options for your hosting account
like ftp password, DNS, PHP/MySQL, database management, Frontpage extentions, mail addresses, etc.
log in on http://admin.digizaal.nl using your special PLESK account and password which has been givven to you at the setup of your account/

For domain administrators:
- use domain name + password to log in.
For domain owners (clients of digizaal):
- use username + password to log in.
For POP3 mailbox owners:
-use accountname + password to log in.
