Invitation website for company event

For an international law firm with offices in Amsterdam, we created a special event-website that can be used for invitations (RSVP) and last minute communication with the attendees.

For an international law firm with offices in Amsterdam, we created a special event-website that can be used for invitations (RSVP) and last minute communication with the attendees.

This private website is used to let attendees fill in their menu- preferences for themselves and their guests.

Currently, the website is used to invite bankers to join watching a football game part of the World Championship in South Africa, which will be watched in a restaurant in Amsterdam.

Attendees can log in at a later time to modify their preferences, add /remove guests etc next to if they want to be displayed on a social-page "Who is attending" where attending guests are displayed with an optional picture.

In the backend there is information of the amount of attendees, guests and their dietry, T-Shirt sizes, pick-up service etcetara,

I was one of the attendees and I have to say that not only the event was perfectly arranged, the invitation website was awesome with quick and easy log in, and changing my RSVP on a later moment. Also I loved the " who also coming page" . This invite website was making the experience of the whole event as one of the best I ever attended.
